Hello. My name is Linda Reichardt, creator of the wearable art seen on this website. When I got into this business I knew I could be as creative as I wanted . . . but also wanted to benefit others in some way. I saw a documentary on how African women make a living selling handmade paper beads. Although that was not my forte, it was the direction I wanted to go in. Create beautiful jewelry but also help the disadvantaged. In my travels and research I have discovered artisans from all over the world that sell their creations in very small batches. Semi-precious stones and gems have been gathered and mined thru out the ages for self adornment from cave men to royalty. Other artifacts and elements I use are unique and rarely seen. I am able to bring you a true work of art on many levels, all one-of-a-kind designs. I hope you enjoy wearing my creations as much as I enjoy making them for you. |
